民族院校学报质量提升的途径分析

摘　　要：学报是反映高校教学科研成果的重要窗口。民族院校学报是发表少数民族历史、文化、经济、教育等方面研究成果的主要载体,是促进地方经济社会发展的重要智库。文章从强化编辑素质、突出特色、加强学术性等三个方面探讨了民族院校学报不断提高编辑出版质量和学术影响力的途径,提出民族院校学报在紧跟时代步伐的同时,要突出民族性、文化性、地方性、区域性,不断提高办刊质量,为民族地区的教育教学改革和经济建设服务,以新时代、新思路、新发展,开创中国学术期刊的新纪元。Journals are an important window to display the teaching and scientific research achievements of colleges and universities. The journals of the ethnic colleges and universities in China are the main carrier of the research achievements in the history, culture, economy and education of minority nationalities, and they are also an important think tank of pro- moting the development of ethnic economy and society. This article discusses the ways of continuously improving the quali- ty and academic influence of the journals of the ethnic colleges and universities in terms of editorial quality improving fea- ture highlighting and academic nature enhancing. It also puts forward that the journals of the ethnic colleges and universi- ties in China should put emphasis on the national, cultural, local and regional characteristics of the journals, and improve the quality so as to keep pace with the times and serve the education and teaching reform and economic construction of eth- nic areas. The journals should have new ideas, and make further development to create a new era for the academic journals of China.
