摘 要:本文采用文献、访谈、实验、数理统计等方法,尝试运用复合力量训练方法对排球运动员腿部爆发力进行训练。帮助排球运动员提高腿部蹬伸爆发力,进而提高运动员的弹跳能力。统计学分析发现:与传统力量训练方法相比,复合训练方法对于高校排球运动员腿部蹬伸爆发力的表现指标均有不同程度的提高。复合训练对于排球运动员腿部的力量与速度的提高优于传统抗阻训练。因此,复合训练更有利于提高排球运动员的腿部蹬伸爆发力。This paper adopted the methods of literature, interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics, and tried to use the compound strength training method for to volleyball players' leg explosive force training, aimed to improve their bounce abilities. Statistical analysis showed that, compared with the traditional strength training methods, compound training methods for college volleyball players have varying degrees of performance indicators of leg push and stretch explosive force. Compound training was superior to traditional resistance training for volleyball players' strength and speed. Therefore, compound training was more conducive to improve volleyball players' leg stretching and explosive force.
