摘　　要：在分析影响城市常规公共交通服务水平评价体系若干因素的基础上, 从乘客满意度和公交基础建设水平两个方面建立评价体系, 提出了逼近理想解排序法 （TOPSIS法） 结合层次分析法对常规公共交通进行综合评价.最后把研究的理论应用到实际中, 通过对平顶山市公共交通的服务水平进行分析说明应用方法和效果.Based on the analysis of some factors influencing the service level evaluation system of urban conventional public transport, the evaluation system was established from two aspects of passenger satisfaction and the level of public transport infrastructure. Finally, the theory was applied to practice, and the application method and effect were illustrated by analyzing the service level of public transport in Pingdingshan city.
