摘 要:目的:探讨HLJ1基因在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达水平,分析HLJ1基因的表达水平与临床患者性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤大小、病理分型、TNM分期及淋巴结转移的相关性。方法:收集2017年8-10月在福建省福州肺科医院接受治疗的45例NSCLC患者的组织及其癌旁正常肺组织,应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测HLJ1基因在组织中的表达,采用配对t检验比较HLJ1基因在NSCLC组织与癌旁正常肺组织中的表达差异,采用单因素方差分析NSCLC组织HLJ1基因的表达水平与患者临床病理因素等关系。结果:45例NSCLC组织中HLJ1基因的表达量为0.503±0.349,而癌旁正常肺组织中HLJ1基因的表达量为1.143±0.677。NSCLC患者癌组织中HLJ1基因的表达量明显低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织中HLJ1基因的表达水平与患者性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤大小、病理分型、TNM分期及淋巴结转移分析,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HLJ1在NSCLC组织中表达下调,表明其在NSCLC的发生、发展过程中可能发挥重要作用。Objective:To discuss the expression of HLJ1 gene in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissues,and analyze relationship between HLJ1 gene expression level and clinical patients' gender,age,smoking history,tumor size,pathological type,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.Method:Samples of cancer tissues and corresponding para-cancerous normal lung tissues were collected from 45 patients with NSCLC from August 2017 to October 2017 in Fuzhou Pulmonary Hospital of Fujian.Expressions of HLJ1 gene in tissues were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method.The differential expression of HLJ1 gene in NSCLC tissues and para-cancerous normal lung tissues was compared by paired t-test.The relationship between the expression of HLJ1 gene in NSCLC tissues and clinicopathologic characteristics was analyzed by one-way variance.Result:The expression quantity of HLJ1 gene in 45 NSCLC tissues was 0.503±0.349.The expression quantity of HLJ1 gene in para-cancerous normal lung tissues was 1.143±0.677.The expression of HLJ1 gene in NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that in corresponding para-cancerous tissues(P〈0.05).The expression of HLJ1 gene in cancer tissues was not correlated with gender,age,smoking history,tumor size,pathological type,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P〉0.05).Conclusion:HLJ1 expression is down-regulated in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,which indicates that HLJ1 gene expression may contribute to the development of NSCLC.
