摘  要:目的:研究芪苓益肝颗粒在慢性肝病中JAK-STAT信号通路介导的分子作用机制。方法:本研究采用网络药理学的方法,探讨芪苓益肝颗粒治疗慢性肝病的主要活性成分和潜在的分子作用机制。结果:化合物-靶点网络特征分析显示分子网络度较高的多为三萜类和黄酮类化合物,这些化合物在抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、保肝和增强机体的免疫能力等方面具有较好作用;另一方面网络度较高的靶点多与细胞的增殖和分化,促进细胞周期的进展和有丝分裂等环节有关,而这可能是芪苓益肝颗粒治疗慢性肝病的主要机制。结论:本研究通过网络药理学方法,从分子水平上揭示了芪苓益肝颗粒在慢性肝病中JAK-STAT信号通路介导的分子作用机制,为后续的实验研究提供参考。Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of Qiling Yigan granule on JAK-STAT signaling pathway mediates chronic liver disease. Methods: In this study, the active components and potential molecular mechanism of Qiling Yigan formula in treatment on chronic liver disease were investigated using network pharmacological methods. Results:Three terpenoids and flavonoids, with high moleculal network degree, revealed promising effects on anti-inflmmnatory, antiviral, antioxidant, hepatoprotective and enhancing the body resistance, according to C-T network analysis. On the other hand, the targets with high degree were involved in cell proliferation and differentiation, and promoting cell cycle progression and mitosis, which may be the main mechanism of Qiling Yigan formula in the treatment of chronic liver disease. Conclusion:Molecular mechanism of Qiling Yigan granule on JAK-STAT signaling pathway mediates chronic liver disease was revealed from the molecular level through the method of network pharmacology, which provides reference for the following experimental study of Qiling Yigan granule.
