神经内科脑卒中患者医院感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探索神经内科脑卒中患者在治疗过程中出现的感染问题。方法选择入院治疗的180例脑卒中患者,分析患者在治疗过程中出现的感染现象,并分析原因。结果 180例脑卒中患者中有21例发生了临床感染,总发生率为11.67%;感染率随着患者年龄的增大呈现出增长的趋势;深度检测发现,11例是呼吸道感染,5例是真菌感染,3例是泌尿系统感染,2例是胃肠道感染;患者的感染率随着其住院时间的延长而提高。结论神经内科脑卒中患者的治疗过程中往往会引发疾病感染,需要重视疾病感染的多种诱因,并采取针对性措施进行防治。Objective To explore the infections of nosocomial infection of stroke patients in neurology department. Methods 180 patients with stroke were selected to analyze the infection and the causes. Results Among the 180 patients with stroke, 21 cases had clinical infection, with a total incidence of 11.67%. The infection rate showed an increasing trend with the age of the patients. 11 cases were respiratory tract infection, 5 cases were fungal infection, 3 cases were urinary tract infection, 2 cases were gastrointestinal tract infection. The infection rate of patients increased with the length of hospital stay. Conclusion Neurological stroke patients often cause disease infection in the course of treatment, need to pay attention to a variety of incentives for disease infection, and take targeted measures to prevent and control.
