摘　　要：成果导向是当前职业院校广泛认同的教育理念,以成果导向构建新型的课程体系是职业教育改革与发展的重要课题。介绍了成果导向教育的研究现状,阐述了当前高职院校成果导向教育的实施步骤。以广东农工商职业技术学院为例,详细分析了汽车检测与维修技术专业课程体系构建的过程,总结了课程体系下的教学实施效果。Outcome Based Education is the education concept widely recognized byvocational schools. The construction of a new curriculum system based on OutcomeBased Education is an important issue in the reform and development of vocational education. This paper introduced the research status of Outcome Based Education and elaborates the implementation steps of current results-oriented educationin higher vocational colleges. Taking the Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College asan example, the process of constructing the course system of automobile inspection and maintenance technology was analyzed in detail and the effect of teachingimplementation was summarized.
