摘 要:汽车变速器壳体需要具有足够的强度以抵抗运行时的各种冲击和振动。以某轿车手动变速器为例,利用HyperWorks软件建立有限元分析模型,根据变速器1挡运行工况施加载荷,计算分析变速器壳体强度应力分布及位移分布变化特征。仿真结果表明,变速器壳体在负载应力加大时,所产生的位移变化增大,特别是纵向位移变化最大。这一规律为优化设计变速器壳体结构提供了参考。Automobile transnfission housing needs sufficient strength to resist all kinds of impact and vibration during driving. Taking a car's manual transnfission as an example, the finite element analysis model is set up by HyperWorks software. Applying load according to the first gear operating condition of the transnfission, the distribution characteristics of stress and displacement of transnfission housing is calculated and analyzed. The simulation resuhs show that the displacement of the transnfission housing increases when the load stress increases, especially the longitudinal displacement changes the most, which provides a reference for optimizing the design of transmission housing structure.
