摘　　要：本文在分析中国内地青少年抑郁症康复服务中存在的主要问题的基础上指出，以抗逆力理论为指导的社会工怍服务可以有效地弥补青少年抑郁症患者治疗中的不足，并用个案研究的方法，阐述了如何应用抗逆力理论帮助青少年抑郁症患者康复的过程，进而提出了社会工怍者在帮助青少年抑郁症患者提升抗逆力的过程中应坚持的基本原则。The paper aims to discuss the problems in service of adolescent with depression in the mainland and point out the disadvantages of medical and psychological service from a questioning perspective. The author argues that the social work based on the resilience theory can solve these problems. In the process of this research, the author relies on qualitative research method, by adopting a social work model to help a adolescent with depression get well successfully. At last, the paper gives some suggestions on how to help the depressed adolescent recover in social work.
