高校图书馆新生入馆教育的缺失及其对策研究

摘　　要：图书馆新生入馆教育作为高校新生入学教育的重要组成部分,直接影响着大学生的学习质量和未来的发展。当今高校对于新生入馆教育普遍存在重视不够、脱离新生需求、偏重自身资源建设等问题。为确保高校图书馆新生入馆教育取得良好成效,首先需要认识到图书馆在高校的作用和价值,并高度重视新生入馆教育;其次,新生入馆教育应与其他形式的入学教育有机结合、相互促进;再次,入馆教育的模式和内容应坚持"以人为本";最后,还应注重培养学生良好的阅读习惯。As an important part of college entrance education, the admission education of new students has a direct impact on the quality of college students and their future development. Nowadays, there are some defects in the new students＇education of library,such as insufficient attention to admission education, leaving the needs of new students and giving priority to the construction of their own resources. In order to ensure the good results of the college library entrance education, it is necessary to recognize the function and value of the library in the University, and attach great importance to the entrance education. Secondly, admission education should be integrated with other forms of admission education and promote each other. Thirdly, the mode and content of admission education should insist on ＂people-oriented＂; Finally, we should pay attention to the cultivation of good reading habits.
