摘　　要：鼻软骨性间叶性错构瘤是一种罕见的良性肿瘤。本文报道1例16岁鼻中隔软骨间叶性错构瘤患者的临床特点、诊断及治疗方案,并回顾了国内外相关文献,阐述了该病的诊断、治疗及随访情况,旨在提高临床工作者对该病的认识,为标准化诊断及治疗提供参考依据。Nasal chondromesenchymal hamartoma（NCMH）is rare,and we report a case of 16 years old teenager with NCMH of nasal septum,which describes its clinical features,diagnosis and treatment. A possible diagnosis,treatment and follow-up strategy was proposed by reviewing relevant reports. It aims to improve the cognitive of NCMH and standardize its treatment.
