摘　　要：目的:探讨595nm脉冲染料激光联合平阳霉素注射治疗微静脉畸形(鲜红斑痣、葡萄酒样痣)的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年7月-2017年10月笔者科室收治的50例微静脉畸形患者(以面部为主)为研究对象,随机分为三组,A组:23例,单用595nm脉冲染料激光治疗;B组:6例,单用平阳霉素治疗;C组:21例,采用595nm脉冲染料激光联合平阳霉素治疗。结果:联合治疗组与单用激光或单用平阳霉素治疗效果比较明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:595nm脉冲染料激光联合平阳霉素治疗微静脉畸形,能显著提高疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effcacy of pingyangmycin injection combined with 595nm pulsed fuel laser in treating venular malformation（nevus fammeus,port wine stain）. Methods Collection of treated 50 cases of patients with venular malformation of our department in July 2013-May 2017,50 cases were randomly divided into three groups, A group 23 cases of single 595nm pulsed dye laser group, B group 6 cases of pingyangmycin group alone, C Group 21 cases 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with pingyangmycin group. Results The curative effect of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the laser group or the single pingyangmycin group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with pingyangmycin can signifcantly improve the curative effect of venular malformation.
