美国医师教育管理体系对我国皮肤激光美容医师职业发展的启示

摘　　要：我国医疗美容市场快速发展造成皮肤激光美容医生严重缺乏及医生队伍迅速扩大,从而导致皮肤激光美容医生专业背景复杂和临床技能良莠不齐,因此提高专业理论知识、临床技能、人文素质和科研水平,完善培训、考核及管理体系已经成为我国激光美容医师专业队伍建设的重要任务。本文介绍了笔者在美访学和工作期间,比较两国皮肤激光美容医师队伍的现状和差异,对美国严格完善的医学教育、医师执照考试、医师培养及激光医学科研交叉学科体系的了解,以期对我国激光美容医师队伍的职业发展提供启示。The accelerated development of the medical cosmetic market in China has caused a serious shortage of qualifed laser cosmetic dermatologists. And the rapid conversion of medical personnel with different background and training into this feld has led to the lack of professional knowledge and clinical skill in laser medicine and surgery. Therefore, it is urgent and important to improve the fundamental knowledge in laser medicine, clinical laser surgery skills, as well as scientifc and clinical research capabilities for laser cosmetic dermatologists in China. Based on my learning and working experience in the Beckman Laser Institute and Medical Clinic, compared the status quo and differences of the laser cosmetic dermatologists’ training and qualifcation between China and America, analyzed the strict and well-developed system of medical education, licensing examination, physicians trainings and laser medical interdisciplinary research in the United States, in hopes of enlightening the career development of laser cosmetic dermatologists in China.
