摘　　要："双一流"是国家建设高等教育强国的宏伟战略,日趋受到学界乃至社会各界的广泛关注。在这一进程中,地方师范大学发展的内部结构和外部环境也面临着全新的机遇和挑战。研究认为:办学定位、学科建设、师资建设、办学经费等方面是地方师范大学面临的主要挑战,但同时在顶层政策创新、差序发展指向、人才流动机制完善、专项资金对接等契机下获得了难得的机遇。在此基础上,研究提出:突出综合性师范大学的作用、注重接地气学科的建设、着力应用型的办学定位、强化对话国际的实质成效四大指向,以为地方师范大学发展提供可选策略。＂ Double - class＂ is a grand strategy- for our country- to build a powerful country in higher education. In this process, the internal structure and external environment of the development of local normal universities are facing new opportunities and challenges. The research holds that ： the orientation of running a school, the construction of discipline, the construction of teachers and the funds of running a school are the main challenges faced by local normal universities, but at the same time, they also provide valuable opportunities for the policy innovation, the direction of different development, the perfection of the meehanism of talent flow, and special funds docking etc. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the following points ： stress the function of comprehensive normal university and pay attention to the construction of the subject of approachability. In order to provide the optional strategies for the development of local normal universities, the paper puts emphasis on the orientation of practical education and explores the four directions of the substantive effect of dialogue international.
