Implementation of a self-directed discussion forum for oncology nurses

摘　　要：目的探讨提高肿瘤科护理人员专科知识及自主学习能力的有效方法。方法成立肿瘤专科护理论坛管理小组,制定论坛主题,369名临床护理人员自选主题进行案例准备,以演讲形式进行论坛内容分享。结果共组织小组论坛132场次,总论坛32场次,参加人次累计1 320人次;护士对护理论坛学习形式满意率为90.06%,收获程度为95.50%,吸收程度为100%。结论自主学习护理论坛有助于肿瘤科护理人员专科对知识的掌握,提高其自主学习能力。Objective To enhance specialty knowledge and self-directed learning ability of oncology nurses.Methods We built a management team,formulated themes for discussion in the forum,then invited 369 clinical nurses to join.These nurses were asked to share case information and exchange ideas on specific themes.Results We organized 132 counts of group-based forum and 32 counts of all-member forum,totaling to 1 320 counts of nurse′s participation.More than ninety percent（90.06%）of the nurses satisfied with the learning style,95.50% of them convinced they had learned much from the forum,and 100% of them expressed they had mastered the knowledge shared in the forum.ConclusionImplementation of self-directed discussion forum facilitates nurses′knowledge acquisition and self-directed learning ability.
