摘 要:目的了解规范化培训期间护士心理资本和职业成长现状,分析影响因素,为制定规范化培训方案提供参考。方法采用护士心理资本问卷和护士职业成长量表对正在接受规范化培训的210名护士进行调查。结果护士心理资本条目总均分4.60±0.08,职业成长条目总均分3.74±0.59;护士心理资本和职业成长各维度呈正相关(均P<0.01);学历、工作时间、心理资本的自我效能及希望维度是影响规范化培训护士职业成长的主要因素(R2=0.584),控制一般资料后,自我效能及希望维度能独立解释职业成长变化的38.3%。结论在规范化培训过程中护理管理者应重视心理资本提升培训策略,以促进护士的职业成长,从而提升护士素质,稳定护理队伍。Objective To investigate the levels of psychological capital and career growth among nurses during the standardized training period and to analyze their relationship.Methods Two hundred and ten nurses during the standardized training period were investigated using the Nurses′Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Career Growth of Nurse Scale.Results The average item score for psychological capital was 4.60±0.08 and for career growth was 3.74±0.59.Psychological capital was positively correlated with career growth(P〈0.01 for all).Education level,service length,self-efficacy and hope of the psychological capital were the main factors influencing career growth(R2=0.584).After controlling for demographic factors,psychological capital could explain38.3% of the variance in career growth.Conclusion Nursing manager should pay attention to leveraging and developing nurses′psychological capital in the standardized training program to help them obtain career growth,thus to improve nurses′quality and stabilize nursing team.
