女性狼疮患者生活质量与家庭婚姻功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解女性狼疮患者家庭婚姻功能与生活质量现状及其相关性,为针对性干预提供参考。方法对223例门诊就诊的女性狼疮患者,采用狼疮生活质量量表、家庭婚姻功能量表进行调查分析。结果生活质量总分504.46±153.05,得分率63.06%;家庭婚姻功能总分36.04±6.57,得分率70.67%;家庭婚姻功能与生活质量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论女性狼疮患者的生活质量与家庭婚姻功能水平均偏低,医护人员应重视家庭婚姻功能的评估并进行针对性干预,以提高其水平从而改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the levels of family and marital functioning as well as quality of life in female lupus patients,and to explore their relationships.Methods Totally,223 female lupus patients attending outpatient clinics were invited to fill out the Lupus Quality of Life scale and the Family and Marital Functioning Measures.Results They scored 504.46±153.05 on quality of life and 36.04±6.57 on family and marital functioning,with the scoring rate being 63.06%and 70.67%respectively.Family and marital functioning was positively correlated with quality of life（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Quality of life and family and marital functioning were poor in female lupus patients.Targeted interventions should be taken to improve family and marital functioning of the patients,thus to promote their quality of life.
