摘　　要：随着经济科技的发展,优势企业集群在区域经济发展中的作用越来越大。产业链的融合、产学研一体化发展都离不开优势企业集群这一优质平台。要实现优势企业集群的更好更快发展,对于其形成机理的研究必不可少。以集成论为视角,集成区域优势企业集群的形成动力、条件、集聚效应影响及协会作用等因素来研究其形成机理,以期对我国区域经济的发展起到理论指导作用。With the development of economy and science and technology, the advantage enterprise cluster plays a more and moreimportant role in the development of regional economy. The integration of industry chain and the integration of industry, education andresearch can not be separated from the superior enterprise cluster as a high-quality platform. In order to achieve better and fasterdevelopment of superior enterprise cluster, it is necessary to study its formation mechanism. From the perspective of integrationtheory, the forming power, conditions, agglomeration effect and association function of regional advantage enterprise cluster are studiedin order to playa theoretical guiding role in the development of regional economy in China.
