螺旋CT与钼靶X线摄片用于乳腺癌筛查的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较研究螺旋CT与钼靶X线摄片在乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值。方法方便选择该院在2016年8月—2018年4月期间收治的52例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,术前,均接受螺旋CT与钼靶X线摄片检查,并以手术病理诊断为金标准,比较两种诊断方式的检查结果。结果螺旋CT检出41例,检出率78.84%,钼靶X线摄片检出34例,检出率65.38%,数据分析,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.504,P=0.033)。螺旋CT检出25例(48.07%)钙化,34例(87.17%)腋窝淋巴结转移,钼靶X线摄片检出40例(76.92%)钙化,27例(69.23%)腋窝淋巴结转移,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.755,9.439,P=0.000,0.002)。结论螺旋CT与钼靶X线摄片各有特点,相比而言,螺旋CT筛查乳腺癌,检出率更高。Objective To compare the application value of spiral CT and mammography in breast cancer screening. Methods A total of 52 patients with breast cancer admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were convenient enrolled. All patients underwent spiral CT and mammography, and were diagnosed with surgical pathology as standard, compare the results of the two diagnostic methods. Results First, 41 eases were detected by spiral CT, the detection rate was 78.84%, and 34 eases were detected by mammography. The detection rate was 65.38%. The data were analyzed and the difference was statistically significant （X^2=4.504, P=0.033）. Second, spiral CT detected 25 eases （48.07%） of calcification, 34 eases （87.17%） of axillary lymph node metastasis, 40 eases （76.92%） of calcification detected by mammography, and 27 eases （69.23%） of axillaxT lymph node metastasis differences between groups were significant and statistically significant （X^2= 17.755, 9.439, P=0.000, 0.002）. Conclusion Spiral CT and mammography have their own characteristics. In contrast, spiral CT screening for breast cancer has a higher detection rate.
