瓷贴面与牙本质纤维桩树脂充填修复中切牙切角缺损的对比研究

摘　　要：目的观察瓷贴面与牙本质纤维桩树脂充填修复在中切牙切角缺损修复中应用的临床效果。方法选取中切牙切角缺损患者94例,共134颗患牙。将患者按随机数字表法分为纤维桩组和瓷贴面组,瓷贴面组47例患者66颗患牙采用瓷贴面修复;纤维桩组47例患者68颗患牙采用玻璃纤维牙本质桩加纳米树脂充填,观察并记录两组治疗后7d、6个月和2年修复体脱位、边缘适合性、边缘染色情况,并进行比较分析。结果两组治疗后7d 3项观察指标均未出现异常;治疗6个月及2年后两组3项观察指标的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论牙本质纤维桩树脂充填与瓷贴面均能有效的修复中切牙切角缺损。Objective To compare the clinical effect of porcelain veneer and glass fiber dentin post with composite resinrestoration in patients with incisal angle defects. Methods A total of 94 patients with incisal angle defects were enrolled fromJune 2013 to February 2016. Patients were randomly divided into veneer group and fiber group. IN veneer group 66 teethwere restored with porcelain veneer; in fiber group 68 teeth were restored with glass fiber post and composite resin. Thescores of marginal adaptation, restoration retention, and marginal discoloration were evaluated at 7 days, 6 months and 2years after treatment. Results There were no failure cases in both groups 7 days after treatment; there were no significantdifferences in failure cases 6 months and 2 years after treatmen between the two groups. Conclusion Both the porcelain veneerand glass fiber dentin post can effectively enhance the long-term effect of composite resin in treatment of incisal angledefects.
