白内障超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术治疗190例原发性闭角型青光眼的近远期效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化(PHACO)+人工晶状体(IOL)植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)的近远期疗效。方法选取190例PACG患者为受试对象,随机数表分法分为观察组与对照组各95例。观察组行PHACO+IOL植入术,对照组行白内障囊外摘除(ECCE)+IOL植入术。比较术前、术后3个月、术后2年两组患者矫正视力(国际标准视力表)、眼压(IOP)、中央前房深度(ACD)水平变化,分析术后3个月两组患者并发症发生情况差异。结果术后3个月、术后2年两组患者矫正视力、ACD水平均较术前有显著提升,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者IOP水平均较术前有显著下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月内,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PHACO+IOL植入术治疗PACG患者近远期疗效均较为突出,对其预后视功能恢复有利。Objective To investigate the near and future effectof PHACO＋IOL in the treatment of 190 cases with PACG.Methods 190 cases with PACG were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,95 cases in each group.The observation group was given PHACO＋IOLimplantation,and the control group was given ECCE＋IOLimplantation.Compare the CVA,IOP,ACD level changes between the two groups before operation,3 months and 2 years after operation.Analyze the complication occurrence difference between the two groups within 3 months after operation.Results At 3 months,2 years after operation,CVA,ACD levels of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;IOP levels of the two groups were significantly declined after operation,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Within 3 months after operation,the complication occurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of PHACO＋IOL in the treatment of patients with PACG have significant near and future effect,it is benefit for the recovery of visual function.
