基于Roy适应模式的心理护理在产后抑郁症中的应用及对心理状态、自我效能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究基于Roy适应模式的心理护理在产后抑郁症(PPD)中的应用及对心理状态、自我效能的影响。方法将86例PPD患者随机均分为研究组(基于Roy适应模式的心理护理)和对照组(常规心理护理),比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,两组EPDS评分降低(P<0.05),SF-36评分升高(P<0.05),且研究组变化幅度更大(P<0.05);两组GSES、SCSQ积极应对方式评分升高(P<0.05),SCSQ消极应对方式评分降低(P<0.05),且研究组变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论基于Roy适应模式的心理护理可减轻PPD患者抑郁症状,促进患者心理健康,同时提高患者自我效能,促进患者积极主动解决问题,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the application of mental nursing based on Roy adaptation model in PPD and its effect on psychological states,self-efficacy.Methods 86 cases with PPD were randomly divided into the observation group（mental nursing based on Roy adaptation model） and the control group（routine mental nursing）,compare the intervention effect between the two groups.Results After intervention,EPDS scores of the two groups were declined（P〈0.05）,SF-36 scores were increased（P〈0.05）,and the rangeability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;GSES,SCSQ scores of the two groups were increased（P〈0.05）,SCSQ scores were declined（P〈0.05）,and the observation group had the higher rangeability（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The mental nursing based on Roy adaptation model can relieve depressive symptom of PPD patients,promote psychological health,improve self-efficacy and life quality of patients.
