193例黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离特点、手术方式及治愈关键。方法　 2 0 0 0年 1～ 12月共收治黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离 193例 ,年龄 2 0～ 78岁 ,其中 30～ 6 0岁占大多数。男 :女 3:7。我们选择单纯气液交换术、环扎放液注气术、玻璃体切割注气术及环扎玻璃体切割注气术等手术方式。结果　总愈率达 93% ,术后随访 2～ 6月 ,180例治愈眼中 ,视力提高 138只眼 ,视力不变 4 2只眼。结论　黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离 ,只要仔细检查 ,选择合适的手术方式封闭裂孔 。Objective To discuss the characteristics,surgeries and prognosis on macular hole retinal detachment.Methods From January 2000 to December 2000,193 cases were treated as macular hole retinal detachment,with a median age of 55 years(rang 20-78)and 63% of that range on thirty to sixty.The ratio of male to female is 3/7.We choose the simple fluid-air exchange surgery,encircling?draining sub-retinal fluid?injecting of intravitreal gas,vitrectomy?fluid-ari exchange.injecting intravitreal gas,and encircling?vitrectomy?injecting intravitreal gas.Results Following 2-6 months,the cure rate is about 93%.In the 180 cured cases,the visual acuity of 138 cases is improved.That of 42 cases unchanged.Conclusion In order to improve the prognosis of macular hole retinal detachment,careful examination and proper surgery method are important.
