麦默通微创旋切术、传统切开手术应用在乳腺肿物治疗中的临床价值探究

摘　　要：目的分析麦默通微创旋切术和传统切开手术在乳腺肿物治疗中的应用价值。方法随机选取2016年1月—2018年1月在该院接受诊治的乳腺肿块患者120例,进行随机分组研究,试验组和参照组各60例,试验组患者进行麦默通微创旋切术治疗,参照组患者进行传统切开术治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗满意度为95.00%,高于参照组患者的87.00%(χ~2=3.91,P<0.05)。结论麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺肿物具有较为显著的效果。Objective To analyze the value of Mammoto＇s minimally invasive surgery and traditional incision in the treatment of breast masses. Methods A total of 120 patients with breast masses who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were random selected, divided into groups. The experimental group and the reference group were each treated with 60 patients. The patients in the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive surgery. The patients in the reference group were treated with conventional incision. Compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients. Results The treatment satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 95.00%, higher than that in the reference group （87.00%）（χ^2=3.91, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mammoto minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of breast mass has a significant effect.
