摘　　要：目的探讨CD147在老龄肝纤维化发生过程中的表达及作用。方法方便选择2015年6月—2016年12月期间于云南省第一人民医院肝胆外科手术治疗的46例老年肝纤维化患者作为研究对象,同时选择30例非肝纤维化患者作为对照,分别为研究组与对照组。使用SP两步法免疫组织化学染色对标本进行染色。结果研究组中有10例CD147表达阴性,13例CD147表达+,23例CD147表达2+~3+。对照组中有21例CD147表达阴性,7例CD147表达+,2例CD147表达2+~3+。研究组CD147的表达水平明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.901,P=0.000)。研究组46例肝纤维化的患者的组织标本按照年龄不同分成为≥70岁和<70岁两组,≥70岁患者的CD147表达与<70岁患者的CD147表达之间的差异有统计学意义,≥70岁的患者CD147表达水平较高(χ~2=7.269,P=0.027)。结论 CD147与肝纤维化的发生及进展有关联,年龄也与CD147的表达水平有关。Objective To investigate the expression and role of CD147 in the process of liver fibrosis in the elderly. Methods Forty-six elderly patients with hepatic fibrosis who underwent hepatobiliary surgery in the First People＇s Hospital of Yunnan Province from June 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected as subjects. 30 patients with non-hepatic fibrosis were selected as study group and control group. Specimens were stained using SP two-step immunohistochemical staining. Results In the study group, 10 patients had negative CD147 expression, 13 patients had CD147 expression＋, and 23 patients had CD147 expression 2＋~3＋. In the control group, 21 cases were negative for CD147 expression, 7 cases had CD147 expression ＋, and 2 cases had CD147 expression of 2＋~3＋. The expression level of CD147 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant （X^2= 20.901, P=0.000）. The tissue samples of 46 patients with hepatic fibrosis in the study group were divided into ≥70 years old and 〈70 years old according to age, The difference between CD147 expression in patients aged ≥ 70 years and CD147 expression in patients 〈70 years old was statistically significant. The level of CD147 expression was higher in patients ≥70 years old （X^2=7.269, P=0.027）. Conclusion CD147 is associated with the occurrence and progression of hepatic fibrosis, and age is also related to the expression level of CD147.
