整合医学在疗养院健康管理中的实践探讨

摘　　要：慢性病具有发病隐匿、病因复杂、迁延不愈、与生活行为方式密切相关等特点。传统医疗以疾病为导向,医疗干预基于出现病理症状与体征之后,存在治疗滞后、效果不佳、管理不善、反复发作等问题。整合医学以人为中心,健康为导向,将人作为有机整体,文献资料显示整合医学是促进健康和预防慢病的一种安全有效的策略。文章介绍了疗养院通过借鉴国内外整合医学先进的理念,结合健康管理实践,逐步形成了整合医学理念下的健康管理服务模式的经验与做法,为推进疗养院健康管理学科发展提供思路。Chronic diseases assume the characteristics of insidious onset,complex etiology,delayed healing,and positive correlation with living patterns. Traditional medicine for the treatment of chronic diseases is disease oriented where the medical intervention is usually based on the symptoms and signs of the occurrence of pathology,which results in delayed treatment,poor results,poor management,recurrence and other issues. The integrated medicine,on the contrary,is human centered and health oriented. It treats people as an organic whole including physical,psychological,spiritual,social,environmental and lifestyle. It is an integration of the most advanced knowledge in the field of medical theory and the most effective clinical praxis. Studies have shown that the integrated medicine is a safe and effective approach for promoting health and preventing chronic diseases. The paper introduces a health management and service model developed by sanatoriums by referring to advanced the integrated medicine models around the world and considering clinical practice of health management with a view to promoting the development of health management in local sanatoriums.
