护理高职学生老年护理专业选择意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理高职学生老年护理专业选择意愿和影响因素,为老年护理人才培养提供依据。方法以整群抽样方法选取杭州医学院2015级和2016级护理高职15个班445名学生为调查对象,采用对老年人态度量表、老年知识量表了解学生对老年人态度及老年知识状况,调查老年护理专业选择意愿,对其影响因素进行单因素分析和二分类Logistic回归分析。结果 59. 5%的学生愿意选择老年护理专业,Logistic回归分析显示正相关因素有:来自地区、对老年人态度偏见纬度得分、欣赏纬度得分、对老年人态度总分、老年知识得分;负相关因素有:家庭经济状况(均P <0. 05)。结论护理高职学生选择老年护理专业意愿不高,可能与老年人态度、老年知识、护生对老年人态度及家庭经济状况有关。Objective To obtain a scientific understanding of the factors that affect the motivation of students of TAFE in taking eldercare as their discipline of vocational study so as to better inform the trainers in turning out desirable eldercare practitioners. Methods 445 students of grade 2015 and grade 2016 of Hangzhou Medical College were firstly chosen as the subjects of study. The Kogan＇s Attitudes toward Old People Scale and Facts on Aging Quiz were then used to survey the subjects＇ attitudes toward the elderly,their knowledge regarding caring for the elderly and their motivation for taking eldercare as their discipline of vocational study. The factors that affect the subjects＇ choice of discipline of study were then subjected to single factor correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis. Results 59. 5% of the students were found to have willingly chosen eldercare as their discipline of study. Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors that were positively correlated with the student＇s choice included the place where they were from,the appreciate latitude score of the attitude toward elderly,the bias latitude score of the attitude toward elderly,the total core of the attitude toward elderly,and the score of the knowledge of geriatric nursing. Family economic status was negatively correlated with students＇ choice.Conclusions The subjects＇ motivation of choosing eldercare as their discipline of vocational study was low,which is verylikely affected by such factors as the attitude of the elderly,knowledge of the aged,the subjects＇ attitude toward the elderly and their family economic status.
