摘　　要：目的探讨中医特色养生保健知信行模式在慢性肾脏病维持性血液透析患者健康管理的运用。方法选取2016年9月—2017年9月中医医院接受维持性血液透析的67例患者为研究对象,通过问卷调查患者对中医特色健康教育的知识、态度和行为。结果了解中医健康管理知识,可提高患者的依从性,有助于患者建立新的生活方式,实现自我管理。结论 KAP调查能够摸清维持性血液透析患者的对中医健康管理的知信行行为模式,为制定维持性血液透析患者中医特色养生保健方案提供依据。Objective To study the application of TCM special health care KAP of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods The patients of 67 case with maintenance hemodialysis from September 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of TCM special health care was surveyed by the questionnaires. Results The TCM health management knowledge was known, to improve the compliance of patients,which contributed to improving the establishment of new lifestyle, and realized the self-management. Conclusion The KAP survey can clear the TCM special health care KAP of patients with maintenance hemodialysis thus providing basis for making the TCM Special health care KAP of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
