摘　　要：当前,医疗卫生行业腐败案件时有发生,部分医务人员不同程度存在着趋利思想重、责任心不强、服务意识差等现象,给行业形象造成了较大的负面影响,深入推进医院行风建设已势在必行。该文根据医院行风建设工作实际,分析当前医院行风建设中存在的主要问题,并对如何进一步强化医院行风建设,使之在制度化、规范化、长效化的轨道上不断优化进行了卓有成效的实践与探索。Currently, the corruption cases in the medical health industry occurs from time to time, some medical staff have different degrees of heavy though of making profits, low sense of responsibility, bad service awareness, imposing a great negative effect on the industrial images. And it is inevitable to deeply promote the hospital industrial construction. The paper analyzes the major issues in the current hospital industrial construction according to the practical of construction work,and makes a fruitful practice and exploration of further enhancement of hospital industrial construction and continuous optimization of it in the systematic, standardized and long-term tract.
