摘　　要：目的分析急性脑卒中并发高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷急诊治疗体会。方法选急诊科38例急性缺血性脑卒中合并高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷患者为对象。结果急诊治疗之后,干预组1患者各项指标均显著优于干预组2 (P<0.05)。结论急诊治疗急性脑卒中合并高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷患者具有重要意义,且急诊治疗患者的恢复神智情况,恢复肢体运动以及控制血糖水平上效果取决于急诊技术的高低以及患者患病的类型。Objective To analyze the emergency treatment of acute stroke complicated with hyperosmolar nonketotie diabet- ic coma. Methods A total of 38 patients with acute ischemic stroke and hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic coma were select- ed fi＇om the emergency department. Results After emergency treatment, the indexes of patients in intervention group 1 were significantly better than those in intervention group 2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy and hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic coma was of great significance. The effect of emergency treatment on recovery of mental state, recovery of limb movement and control of blood glucose level depends on the level of emergen- cy technology and the type of patient＇s illness.
