摘　　要：近年来,随着党建事业的不断扩大,各大高校也加大了对大学生思想政治教育的投入,并采取切实有力的措施加强大学生的党建工作,把发展学生党员工作列入重要议事日程,高校学生党建工作呈现出良好的发展态势。作为一名辅导员——高校基层党务工作者,不但要在学生党员的选拔、考察等方面进行探索求真务实,而且要在党建创新思路方法上进行开拓党员组织生活的新理念、新方法。从而为党和人民注入新生力量。In recent years,with the extension of Party construction,colleges in our country have increased investment in the ideological and political education of undergraduates and adopted effective measures to strengthen Party construction of undergraduates.The cultivation of undergraduate Party members being put on important schedule,Party construction of undergraduates of college has developed well.College instructors working for Party affairs at grass-roots level of college should be truth-seeking,pragmatic and creative in order to bring new power to the Party and the people.
