摘  要:采用先硼化后酯化法合成了一种新型含氮环状硼酸酯润滑油添加剂硼酸二乙醇胺油酸酯(RNB),利用四球摩擦磨损试验机评价了其摩擦学性能。结果表明:在菜籽油中加入3.0%RNB时,其承载能力和抗烧结能力明显提高,PB和PD最大分别可达860N和3 156N,在392N载荷下长磨磨斑直径仅为0.41mm,摩擦系数0.038,初步推断RNB提高菜籽油抗磨减摩机理为RNB中含有C-O-B-N-C五元环,在低载荷时形成增强的有机吸附膜,高载荷时释放游离B和N原子形成FeB、Fe2B、B2O3、BN化合物等无机化学膜,与吸附膜共同作用提高润滑效果。A new nitrogen-containing cyclic borate lubricating oil additive, diethanolamine borate oleate (RNB) was synthesized by boronization followed by esterification. The tribological properties were evaluated by four ball friction and wear tester. The results show that when 3.0% RNB is added to rapeseed oil, the bearing capacity and anti-sintering capacity of RNB are obviously improved with the value of PB and PD being 860 N,3 156 N respectly, and the maximum diameter of long grinding spot is only 0.41mm and the friction coefficient is 0.038 under the loading 392 N. It is preliminarily concluded that mechanism by which RNB improve the anti-wear and anti-friction of rapeseed oil is containing C-O-B-N-C five-membered ring in RNB forming enhanced organic adsorption film under low load, releasing free B and N atoms to form FeB, Fe 2B, B 2O 3, BN compounds as inorganic chemical films under high load.
