摘　　要：基于对创新创业教育内涵的分析,本文论述了"新工科"背景下创新创业教育的目的和意义。从国家、社会和大学三个方面探讨了创新与创业教育的实施策略,并提出一些建议及措施。"新工科"背景下的创新创业教育对于培养更高层次的工程人才以应对未来高等工程教育的发展有着至关重要的意义。Based on the analysis of connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper discussesthe purpose and significance of innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under the background of ＂new engineering ＂.The paper probes into the implementation strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship education from three aspects ofthe state, society and universities, and puts forward some suggestions and measures. Innovation and EntrepreneurshipEducation in the context of ＂New Engineering ＂ is of vital importance for cultivating higher-level engineering talents tocope with the development of Higher Engineering Education in the future.
