摘　　要：高校校园文化在大学生的成长和成才过程中扮演着重要角色,在新形势下,努力探索适应新时期要求的校园廉洁文化建设新途径应成为高校的自觉行为。本文以盐城工学院土木工程学院为例,结合行业特点以及工科院校人才培养方案,开展实证研究,探讨了如何在大学生中有效开展廉洁文化教育的途径与方式。The college campus culture plays an important role in the growth and development of college students.In the new situation, it should be a conscious act of colleges and universities to try to explore new ways to constructionhonest and clean Culture to meet the requirements of new period. Taking College Of Civil Engineering of YCIT（YanCheng Institute of Technology） as an example, combining with the characteristics of industry and the？talent trainingplan of engineering colleges, the paper discusses the ways and means to develop the clean culture education effectivelyin college students.
