中医大专院校《诊断学基础》中心电图教学探讨

摘　　要：对中医大专院校来说,心电图教学既是重点也是难点,也是执业助理医师技能操作必考项目之一。然而针对学生普遍感到心电图理论抽象、零散、难懂、难记,内容繁琐、容易遗忘。心电图图形变化多样,识别困难。因此在心电图教学中,有必要改进传统的、陈旧的教学模式,联合利用多媒体技术、采用PBL、 CBL及口诀记忆教学相结合的教学方法,增强技能训练,强化理论知识,引导学生正确学习心电图知识,进而改善教学质量。Electrocardiogram （ECG） teaching is both important and difficult for Chinese medicine colleges .It is alsoone of the necessary items for practicing assistant doctors.However, students generally feel that ECG theory abstract,scattered, difficult to understand, difficult to remember, tedious content, easy to forget. ECG patterns are varied and difficultto identify. Therefore, in ECG teaching, it is necessary to improve the traditional and obsolete teaching modes, combinethe multimedia technology, adopt the teaching methods,such as PBL, CBL with the teaching of secret memory, strengthenthe skill training and strengthen the theoretical knowledge. To guide students to learn ECG knowledge and improveteaching quality.
