摘　　要：高校辅导员绩效考核,是推动辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设的重要途径。针对当前高校辅导员绩效考核存在的诸多问题,本文尝试运用关键绩效指标(KPI)法,构建高校辅导员绩效考核指标体系,希望能为辅导员绩效考核提供有益参考。College counselor performance evaluation is an important way to promote the professionalization of college counselors. In view of many problems existing in the eurrent performanee assessment of college instructors,this paper attempts to use the key performance indicators （KPI）method to construct the performance assessment index system of college instructors,hoping to provide a useful reference for the performanee assessment of college instructors.
