摘　　要：本研究通过网络问卷的形式,调查了"95后"高职生创业心理品质的现状,从创业意识、创业能力、创业意志和创业个性等四个方面进行了分析,并提出了相应的培养策略。Through the form of network questionnaire, this study investigated the current situation of the entrepreneurial psychological quality of after 95 vocational colleges students, analyzed from four aspects, such as the entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial will and entrepreneurial personality, and proposed corresponding cultivation strategies.
