摘 要:研究经皮给药系统亟待解决的关键问题是提高药物的透皮吸收,中药挥发油作为一大类性质优良的透皮吸收促进剂,不仅能促进药物的透皮吸收、对皮肤刺激性小,而且还能起到一定的治疗效果,与透皮吸收的药物产生协同作用。将其与新型透皮给药载体-微乳技术相结合,作为油相加入到微乳处方中,能增加药物的溶解度,提高生物利用度,降低药物毒性、刺激性和不良反应。本文将从作用机制方面入手,综述微乳技术在中药挥发油透皮促渗研究中的应用。The critical challenge to be solved in the study of transdermal drug delivery system is to improve the transdermal penetration of the drugs through the skin. Volatile oils from Chinese material mediea, considered as a large class of penetration enhancers (PEs), possess enhanced percutaneous absorption, minor skin in'itation, certain therapeutic efficacy, and produce a synergistic effect with transdermal drugs. The combination of microemulsifieation technology with volatile oil as oil phase added into microemulsion prescription can increase the solubility of transderma drugs, improve bioavailability and reduce drug toxicity, irritation and adverse reactions. In this paper, the application of mieroemulsifieation technology in transdermal penetration of volatile oil from Chinese material mediea, mainly focused on functional mechanisms is reviewed.
