摘　　要：从新医学模式下儿童医学伦理审查的现状入手,分析医学伦理审查在医学科学发展中的重要性,指出当前儿童医学伦理审查中存在的主要问题,从研究者对伦理审查的认知、伦理委员会自身建设和管理、伦理委员会的监督、知情同意及风险评估等方面阐述儿童医学伦理审查规范化个体化的实施要点,为今后新医学模式下儿童医学伦理审查规范化管理提供一些思路与启示。Based on the new medical model of children＇s medical ethical review, this article is to analysis of the importance for the development of medical ethical review, and point out that the current main problems of children＇s medical ethical review. This article also systematically review the key points including risk and benefit assessment, signing informed consent form, building own ethics committee, standardized managemen of the committee for ethical review, ethical education and training of medical staff and supervision mechanism of committee. It provides some ideas and inspiration for the standardized managemen of the committee for ethical review under the new medical model.
