摘　　要：瞳孔阻滞是原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)的重要发病机制,晶状体因素则是造成瞳孔阻滞发生的重要原因。近年来,随着对PACG发病机制的深入理解以及白内障超声乳化技术的快速发展,通过晶状体手术进行PACG的预防与治疗越来越被重视。同时,近年来也产生了一些新的观念如透明晶状体摘除术治疗PACG,白内障超声乳化摘除联合Ex-PRESS引流器植入术治疗PACG等。鉴于此,本文对晶状体摘除术治疗PACG的相关研究进行综述,评价晶状体摘除术在PACG治疗中的地位及其最新进展。Pupil block is an important pathogenetic factor of primary- angle-closure glaucoma （PACG）. The lens factor is an important cause of pupillary- block. In recent years, with the deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of PACG and the rapid development of phacoenmlsifieation technology, the prevention and treatment of PACG through lens-related surgery- has been increasingly valued. At the same time, some new ideas have emerged in recent years, such as clear lens extraction, phaeoenrmsification combined with Ex-PRESS drainage implantation. This article aims to review the recent re- searches on the treatment of primary- angle-closure glaucoma with lens extraction and analyze the latest progress of lens ex- traction in the treatment of PACG.
