老年教育需求动机研究——针对老年大学层面

摘　　要：通过对老年教育需求动机的研究进而设计合理的老年大学教育供给内容是老年教育健康发展的关键。以秦皇岛市老年大学学员为样本,采用主成分分析法,从16个需求动机因素中提取出6个主成分因子,由此得到老年教育的需求动机由强到弱依次表现为实现人生价值、服务家庭、增强社会交往、提高生活质量、丰富情感生活,以及探知新事物。老年教育的需求动机规律为老年大学合理设计专业及课程提供了科学的依据。It is the premise for the healthy development of the aged education to study the demand motivation for the aging education in order tosupply effectively. Based on the analysis of principal component, students of Qinhuangdao College for the Aged as sample, extracts 6 principal components from 16 factors, then the education demand motivation presented as： realizing the value of life, service for family, enhance social interaction, improve the quality of life, enrich their emotional life and discover new things. And these are the scientific basis for the rational design of the major and curriculum content.
