摘 要:采用大气环境容量紧缺度计算模型,以福建省为例,根据福建省各个地区2011—2016年的污染物排放情况,测算福建省内各个地区的SO_2、NO_x、PM_(10)环境容量紧缺度指数.结果显示:从时间尺度来看,各地区大气环境容量在个别年份出现波动,但总体上呈下降趋势.从空间尺度来看,总体上呈南高北低、东高西低的趋势.厦门、福州、泉州地区SO_2、NO_x、PM_(10)紧缺度比其它地区偏高,厦门地区SO_2、NO_x紧缺程度更为显著.其它地区大气环境容量的紧缺度相对较低,可以适当加大大气环境容量开发利用程度.The scarcity degree of atmospheric environment capacity for SO2,NOx and PM(10) in Fujian Province were assessed by the scarcity degree of atmospheric environment capacity calculation model based on the pollutant emissions in various regions of Fujian Province from 2011 to 2016. From the temporal perspective,the results indicated that the scarcity degree of atmospheric environment capacity fluctuated in different regions but declined gradually in general during 2011—2016. From the spatial perspective,the results demonstrated that the high values of scarcity degree happened in the eastern and southern regions in the Fujian province,and the low values happened in the western and northern regions. The scarcity degree of SO2,NOx and PM(10) in Xiamen,Fuzhou and Quanzhou areas were higher than other areas,and,particularly,the scarcity degree of SO2 and NOx were more serious in Xiamen city. The degree of atmospheric environment capacity in Putian,Sanming,Zhangzhou,Nanping,Longyan,and Ningde were relatively low,which indicated that the development and utilization level of atmospheric environment capacity can be appropriately increased.
