摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国经济取得了举世瞩目的成就,但环境问题日益突出;片面注重经济增长也使功利主义思潮在大学肆意蔓延,人与自然、人与社会和谐发展普遍被忽视,大学生异化为"经济人"。习近平总书记基于人类文明发展的宏阔视野,提出了社会主义生态文明新时代的发展目标,并从教育要适应时代要求的规律出发,在十九大报告中首次提出要"创建绿色学校"。大学负有引导人类文明走向的重要功能,在生态文明新时代,大学必须担负起树立生态教育理念,养成绿色学习生活方式,建设生态公园式大学,把大学生培养成"生态人"等特殊使命。Since the reform and opening up,China gained remarkable economic development,with mounting environmental problem;utilitarianism spread in the university due to overstress of economic growth;college students were in alienation of ＂the economic man＂ because of neglect of harmonious development of the man,the nature and the society.XI Jinping proposed the development goal of the socialism ecological culture,and advocated ＂creating the green university＂.The university should play the role of leading the human civilization,uphold the ecological education idea,develop the green life style,construct the ecological university,and cultivate the ecological man.
