摘 要:20世纪90年代以来,新型城镇化成为我国社会结构转型的重要显性特征,价值追寻快速推进的背后是大量农用土地被征用,失地农民的量值比例越来越大,解决他们今后的生活以及就业问题成为社会各界广泛关注的热点话题。遵循成人教育对人力资源提升的内在激励,以失地农民分享成人教育的视角,立足成人教育开展的现实挑战,以合作学习的理念探究失地农民成人教育之路,即打造"政府+企业+社区+学校"四位一体的合作培训体系;构建多元化的具有合作属性的教学模式,增强师资力量;加强社会文化生活与心理健康教育等合作共振方式实现失地农民的转变,以期更好地来推动新型城镇化发展,构建绿色、和谐与安定社会。Since the 1990s, new-type urbanization has become an important feature of China's social structural transformation. A large number of agricultural lands are being expropriated behind the development. The proportion of land-lost peasants is increasing. Resolving their future lives and employment issues has become a hot topic that is widely concerned by all walks of life. Following the intrinsic motivation of adult education for human resources promotion, the research explores the path of adult education for landless peasants based on the concept of cooperative learning, perspective of landless peasants, sharing adult education and the practical challenges of adult education. That is to build a four-in-one cooperation training system of "government + enterprise + community + school", to build a diversified teaching model with cooperative attributes which can strength the teachers, to promote the transformation of land-lost peasants by strengthening the cooperative resonance social and cultural life and mental health education. In order to promote the development of new urbanization, build a green, harmonious and stable society.
