摘  要:为节约视频监控系统存储空间,减小视频录制内容的冗余度,利用Qt框架设计了一种嵌入式无线视频监控系统。在S5PV210微处理器硬件平台基础上搭建摄像头控制云台,使用RTP/RTCP协议通过WiFi将视频图像实时发送至客户端;采用混合高斯模型提取目标前景结合动态帧间差分的方法,检测监控区域是否变化,并仅对有效动态画面进行实时录像;为提高监控范围,系统使用TCP连接方式对采集端摄像头云台进行远程角度控制。测试结果视频流检测算法平均耗时43 ms,满足实时性要求,有效降低了存储空间。In order to save storage space of video surveillance systems,and to reduce redundancy of video recordings content,an embedded wireless video surveillance system is designed based on the Qt framework. On the basis of S5 PV210 microprocessor hardware platform,camera control cloud platform is set up. Video images are sent to client-end under WiFi environment by RTP/RTCP protocol. The system Gaussian mixed model is used to extract foreground of target and combines dynamic inter-frame difference method to detect whether the monitoring region changes,and only record effect dynamic pictures in real time. Remote angle control of the camera cradle head is carried out by TCP protocol. The experimental results show that the video stream detection algorithm takes an average of 43 m,which meets the requirement of real-time performance and saves the storage space.
