盐碘新标准调整前后义乌市碘盐检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解义乌市在碘盐新标准调整前后食盐中碘含量动态变化情况,为防治碘缺乏病工作提供科学依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》规定的抽样方法和盐碘检测方法进行,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果标准调整前后七年里,共检测库盐640份,均为含碘盐,碘盐合格率为99.37%;共检测居民户碘盐2 260份,碘盐覆盖率为98.19%,碘盐合格率为97.43%,合格碘盐食用率为95.66%,非碘盐率为1.81%。库盐和居民户的碘盐中位数和均值都呈现先从高到低,再趋于稳定的趋势。盐碘指标在标准调整过渡初期的2012年波动相对较大,但历年碘盐监测指标均达到国家标准。结论盐碘新标准调整前后义乌市碘盐质量指标处于国家标准内,仍存在非碘盐和不合格碘盐现象,应持续监测、加强监督,巩固维持消除碘缺乏病成果。Objective To understand the dynamic changes of iodine content in iodized salt in Yiwu city before and after the adjustment of new salt iodine standard,and to provide scientific evidence for scientific prevention and intervention strategies.Methods According to the requirement of the National Iodine Deficiency Disease Monitoring Program,the iodine content was detected and the results were analyzed statistically. Results During the seven years before and after the adjustment of new salt iodine standard,640 salt samples from salt company which all containing iodine were detected, and the qualified rate is 99.37%; 2 260 household salt samples in Yiwu were detected, and the coverage rate of iodized salt is 98.19%, the qualified rate of iodized salt is97.43%,the intake rate of qualified iodized salt is 95.66%,the rate of non-iodized salt is 1.81%. The median and mean value of salt company and the residents＇ iodized salt showed a trend from high to low level,and then tended to be stable.The indexes of iodized salt fluctuated relatively well in 2012. However, the monitoring indexes of iodized salt all reached the national standard in the years.Conclusion Before and after the adjustment of the new standard of iodized salt, the indexes of iodized salt in Yiwu have reached the national standards for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders（ IDD）,while non-iodized salt consolidate and unqualified iodized salt still exist.We should continue to monitor and strengthen supervision,so as to maintain and consdidate the results of eliminating IDD.
