摘  要:目的了解银川市市售水果中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类(DTCs)杀菌剂的残留情况,为相关机构制定政策法规提供科学依据。方法 2017年分别于不同季节不同地点采集水果样品,采用溶剂吸收-气相色谱法测定,采用SPSS 17. 0软件进行统计学分析。结果全年共采集89份水果样品,DTCs农药总检出率为50. 6%,检出含量(以二硫化碳计)为0. 010 mg/kg~0. 55 mg/kg,9种水果均有检出,其中猕猴桃和草莓检出率均为100. 0%,且含量最高。经统计学分析,春、夏、秋3季检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);银川市内不同区域检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);市场、超市、网店3种途径采集样品检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论银川市市售9种水果中DTCs均有不同程度检出,且部分种类水果检出率较高,建议相关部门对其加强监管,以确保食品安全。Objective To understand the status of dithiocarbamates(DTCs) bactericide residues in fruits from Yinchuan markets,so as to provide scientific evidence for policy-making by the relevant departments. Methods The fruits samples were collected from different areas and seasons,and detected by solvent absorption-gas chromatography. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17. 0. Results The total detection rate in the 89 collected samples was 50. 6%,and the contents(calculated by CS2 concentration) ranged from 0. 010 mg/kg to 0. 55 mg/kg. DTCs were detected in all 9 kinds of collected fruits,and the highest rate of DTCs was 100. 0% in kiwi fruit and strawberry. The highest contents were also detected in kiwi fruit and strawberry. There was no statistical significance on the difference of detection rate among spring,summer,and autumn(P〈0. 05);neither was the detection rate from different areas in Yinchuan(P〈0. 05). There was no statistical significance on the difference of detection rates among the samples collected from market,supermarket and internet shops(P〈0. 05).Conclusion DTCs in 9 kinds of fruits from Yinchuan markets were all detected. The supervision should be strengthened and the measures should be taken to assure the safety of the food.
