重庆市三甲医院微信应用现状分析研究

摘　　要：目的研究重庆市32所三甲医院微信建设现状。方法以关注重庆市三甲医院微信和问卷调查的方式进行统计,从微信创建、功能菜单设置及患者使用意愿3个方面分析。结果 96.86%的三甲医院创建了微信,综合型三甲医院3大类18个功能子菜单开通率普遍高于专科型三甲医院。免费WIFI、隐私泄露、界面友好性、系统稳定性和移动支付安全性显著正向影响患者使用微信,75%的患者有意愿使用微信进行诊疗活动。结论重庆市三甲医院微信开通率高,但功能菜单特色不突出,微信配套服务仍需完善,微信信息安全和隐私保护问题亟待解决。建议从个性化服务、信息安全及隐私保护等方面进行改进。Objective Research on the current situation of the official We Chat accounts development operated by 32 top tertiary hospitals in Chongqing municipal. Methods The statistical analysis were carried out from three aspects： the construction situation of We Chat account, function menu setting and patient usage intention through the official We Chat and questionnaire survey. Results Among the 32 tertiary hospitals in Chongqing, 96.86% of them operated the official We Chat account, the establish rate of the 3 categories 18 functional submenus in general hospitals are higher than specialist hospitals. Free WIFI, privacy leaks, user friendliness of the interface, system stability and mobile payment security have significant positive effects on patients＇ usage of We Chat, and 75% of patients are willing to use We Chat for treatment activities. Conclusion The operating rate of We Chat account is high in tertiary hospitals in Chongqing. However, the function menu features are not prominent and supporting services still need to be improved. And the information security and privacy protection issues need to be solved urgently. Suggestions were put forward to improve personalized services, information security and privacy protection.
