摘  要:目的对张家港市健康体检中分离得到的山夫登堡沙门菌进行相关性和耐药性分析,为张家港市沙门菌菌型库的建立积累数据。方法对检测中得到的15株山夫登堡沙门菌菌株采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)进行分子分型,利用Pulse Net China网络中的Bio Numerics2.6.6软件对图谱进行分析;用全自动细菌生化鉴定仪进行18种抗生素敏感性分析。结果 15株山夫登堡沙门菌分9种带型,其中有6株高度同源,相似度达93.94%;15株山夫登堡沙门菌的药物敏感性结果完全一致,对阿米卡星、头孢唑啉、头孢替坦、庆大霉素和妥布霉素耐药,其他均敏感。结论张家港市的山夫登堡沙门菌条带呈多样性,同时存在优势带型。不同型的菌株耐药种类相同,且有多重耐药趋势。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation and drug resistance of Salmonella enterica Serovar Senfienberg isolated from physical examination in Zhangjiagang, and thus to establish molecular typing database of S. Sen- fienberg in this municipality. Method 15 S. Senfienberg strains were tested for molecular typing using pulsed field gel elec- trophoresis (PFGE). The cluster analysis was carried out using BioNumerics 2.6.6 software from PulseNet China network. The bacteria biochemical identification instrument was used to perform 18 antibiotic susceptibility analyses. Results The 15 S. Senfienberg strains displayed 9 patterns, of which 6 strains were highly homologous, with a similarity of 93.94%. Drug sensi- tivity results for 15 strains of Salmonella were completely consistent and were resistant to amikacin, cefazolin, cefotetan, gen- tamicin, and tobramycin, while other antibiotics were sensitive. Conclusion The diversity of S. Senfienberg in the city was diverse. And strains showed unique pattern. The drug resistance of different types of strains was the same and multi-drug re- sistance had emerged.
