摘　　要：研究痹病的文献资料,结合临床实践及现代医学发展,对痹病的内涵与外延进行科学界定,以促进痹病的学科发展。论述痹病的狭义与广义、病因病机的认识与发展、治疗的三原则及预防调摄;对痹病病名进行规范化研究,提出以五体痹、五脏痹理论指导风湿性疾病关节外损害的诊疗,通过特殊痹探索当代痹病理论研究和临床分类的新思路。Based on the literatures of Bi diseases,clinical practices and advances in modern medicine,the connotation and extension of Bi diseases were defined to promote the development of the discipline. The special and general theory,etiology and pathogenesis,the three principles of treatment,the prevention and health care of Bi diseases were discussed. The names of Bi diseases were also normalized. Finally,it was theorized that the law of the five body constituents Bi and the five zang-organs Bi guided the diagnosis and treatment of extra-articular damage in rheumatic diseases and specific Bi helped to explore new approaches for theoretical researches and clinical classifications of Bi diseases.
